Someone strolls in an apartment building. Being filmed mostly from behind we are invited to follow him. He crosses hallways and staircases, a space deploys to which there is no escape, a labyrinth.
The monotonous rhythm of his steps and the music of “god speed you” create a sleepy atmosphere. The person remains merely a shadow erring through a strange place somewhere out of time. The looping of the movie enforces this timelessness.
The interior of the apartment building becomes a mass in which we constantly relocate. The spectator is caught in a daydream of an endless labyrinth.
