Yes there are some similarities between these two songs but the rhythm of Avril's song is slightly different may be it can be just a similarity I always believe Avril's creativity and I want to believe that it is just a bad luck...

Hey Honeybelle,

You're the reason why musicians can't make a dollar in record sales these days. You think everything is free and should just be TAKEN when you want it. Ideas are not free. Ideas are something you can own. A song is a collection of ideas. You can't just say GOOD IDEA! and then take it for your own. This is plagiarism and if you wrote an essay that was 1/2 as similar as this in university you'd be expelled. Maybe you'll learn that when you grow up.
