They get expelled from medical school because of a crazy prank that involved a cadaver while their Dean was on a teaching schedule. Having jeopardized their studies for a while, Gavin and Curt are lying low when Rosalie, their neighbor visits them in panic. Her husband is about to die due to excessive bleeding. What the boys find out happens to tell a much grimmer tale. They soon find out that there is an active market of organ smugglers and start falling into the trap. When Gavin’s girlfriend needs a kidney transplant, they are up against fate and crime.
