Censor Board Issued A List Of Words That Won’t Be Allowed In Films

Censor Board have issued a strict mandate on the usage of certain abusive and cuss words onscreen as they feel that it affects children.
Yes…the filmmakers have been given a list of words, which can’t be used in films. Ouch…now that hurts! This list signed by Pahlaj Nahlani, Censor Board chief, has two sections – Hindi and English.
The English section includes words like son of a bitch, fuck, bitch or bastard. Saala or saali and Haramzada are some from the Hindi section.
Wait…there’s more! The Board has banned filmmakers from using any terms that refer to sex in any manner like bajana, maarna, dena, phatna, etc. They have also banned any double meaning terms, the show of violence against women, glorifying anything pertaining to bloodshed and changing of Bombay to Mumbai.
