After Paris and before Berlin, the new Greek Finance Minister, Yanis Varoufakis, is in the British capital amid post-electoral bargaining over Athens' austerity-driven bailout plan. The spring seems a long way away for new Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, who has big bills to pay at the end of the month. Is Tsipras right, as his finance minister put it, to sever Greece from the addiction to bailout money? How strong is his hand?
