A woman in Pennsylvania is accused of stealing a police cruiser while she was handcuffed.

A woman in Pennsylvania is accused of stealing a police cruiser while she was handcuffed. According to Center Township police, who recently released dashcam footage of the incident, 27-year-old Roxanne Rimer was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a Kohl's store a few weeks ago.

It all started when officers stopped a car driven by Rimer's grandfather. Reportedly she and other relatives were inside the car when it was pulled over. Police took Rimer into custody for her suspected stealing of goods from the department store.

Her mother was also handcuffed and detained for questioning and the two were placed into separate police cars while the vehicle they were in was searched. The mom watched as her 100-pound daughter climbed through a small window to get to the front of the otherwise unoccupied police cruiser.
