Ukraine votes to scrap non-aligned status

The decision could indicate a step toward seeking NATO membership. The bill submitted by President Petro Poroshenko was passed with 303 votes in favour and eight against. The Russian Foreign Miniser has called the move 'counterproductive', and warns it could heighten on-going tensions. Peter Sharp has more from Moscow
