Tunisia: Essebsi claims poll win

The official results aren't out yet but this man, Beji Caid Essebsi, says he's the winner in Tunisia's presidential election.

The veteran politician was the front-runner after the first round of voting in November.

His rival, Moncef Marzouki, battling to hold on to the presidency, is refusing to concede defeat.

He says it's too soon to say who's won.

The election is seen as the last step in Tunisia's shift to full democracy four years after the uprising that ousted autocrat Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali.

The official results are expected on Monday.
