A news show produced exclusively from content provided by amateurs. Photos, videos and personal accounts from our network of Observers around the world - all checked by our staff in Paris. First run Saturdays at 8:10 am Paris time.
Story 1: Gabon
We begin today on a university campus in Gabon, central Africa, with what began as a hazing incident, and ended up with special forces troops being sent in. It started when 11 students were arrested, accused of bullying another student. Our Observer Norbert tells the story.

Story 2: Ivory Coast
To Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and a racket at the city's bus and taxi stations. Theoretically the young men known as 'gnambros' are there to reduce congestion by rustling up passengers. But they have turned their job into a lucrative racket - one they enforce with a weapon known as "crocodile teeth."
