The unusual chase started when a farmer in Evesham, England reported that three people had stolen his tractor in the dead of night. Police found the farming vehicle driving along the highway at 20 MPH. When police tried to pull the tractor over, the drivers refused to stop and that’s when the low-speed chase began. Police deployed a spike strip, not once, but twice, which punctured the front two tires of the vehicle. Eventually, the suspects were removed from the tractor and apprehended.
