Delhi Cab RAPE: Nitin Gadkari opposes Ban-TV9

Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari opposed the ban on some taxi services saying there was a need to fix the system instead. Gadkari's remarks came in the backdrop of a Uber cab driver raping a 25-year-old MNC employee on December 5.
