This is the Gundam-like doujin game of Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Higurashi Daybreak Kai.
The Kai is actually a expansion pack, where you obtain two characters from the
second season/later answer arcs, pleanty of additional outfits, all old characters get a third weapon, and a new super mode.
