Soyuz spacecraft moved to launchpad

The Soyuz TMA-15M spacecraft and its booster were moved to the launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on a railcar November 21st, 2014 for final preparations before launch to the International Space Station on November 24th, 2014. The Soyuz TMA-15M will carry Expedition 42/43 Soyuz Commander Anton Shkaplerov of the Russian Federal Space Agency, NASA Flight Engineer Terry Virts and Flight Engineer Samantha Cristoforetti of the European Space Agency to the space station for a 5.5-month mission.
