Bolivia has filed yet another motion with the International Court of Justice in the Hague to recover territory taken over by Chile in an 1879 battle. Bolivian territory once extended all the way to the Pacific Ocean, and now the landlocked country is struggling to recover its lost route to the coast. The court has promised to resolve the matter as early as January 2015. teleSUR
