We set up the body issues theme with shots of cosmetics, plastic surgery clinics and oriental medicine markets.
Tiffany and Erik meet Kevin at Apgujeong station to walk past all the plastic surgery ads to the OO clinic. Kevin shows Erik and Tiffany around the clinic, including the consultation rooms and the operating room.
Kevin takes Erik and Tiffany to the hotel designed specifically for the Clinic's international medical tourists.
Erik and Tiffany meet with Dr. Royer at the Jaseng Clinic and get a tour of the facilities. Dr. Royer gives Erik and Tiffany an acupuncture treatment and takes them to the Gyeongdong market to look for traditional herbs used in oriental medicine.

Erik and Tiffany introduce Ilse to Korean celebrity make-up artist Hong Min Cheol, who invites the trio into his studio for some make-up lessons.
