Ancelotti confirms Ramos, Pepe as central defenders

Madrid, 24 Oct (EFE), (Camera: Santiago Castro).- Manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed Friday that Sergio Ramos' recovery from injury and Pepe's recent good form has allowed him to chose the two for the backbone of Real Madrid's defence for the Clásico against Barcelona, adding that he has a surprise for the starting eleven.
"Pepe is doing well like Sergio Ramos. They have trained well and he (Ramos) has completely recovered. I think they will play," Ancelotti revealed at a press conference, where he confirmed that Ramos had fully recovered from a muscular injury in his right calf he picked up three weeks ago.
