Afghan official says NATO airstrike killed civilians

The villagers say these coffins contain innocent victims.
...Seven dead from of an air strike in eastern Afghanistan -- one that an Afghan official is blaming on NATO.
But NATO claims the "precision airstrike" killed eight militants.
Villagers, however, say their family members were simply gathering wood when they were fired on.
(SOUNDBITE) (Pashto) UNNAMED MEMBER OF A VICTIMS' FAMILY SAYING:
"They had shovels in their hands and were collecting firewood. They were not armed with guns."
An investigation is underway… little comfort to the victims' family members.
