Transgender Girl Band: Singer Creating America's First Transgender Music Act

Singer Nikki Exotika is aiming for stardom by creating America’s first transgender pop group. Nikki, real name Nicole Sanders, 32, has been working on the idea for almost ten years, but feels that the US is finally ready for a mainstream pop act featuring an all transgender line-up. Nicole was born Jason Torres and transition in her teens, since then she has spent £120,000 on surgery including breast implants, lip enhancements, calf implant and rhinoplasty. She plans to call the group The Secret Girls, which will be a cross between The Pussycat Dolls and the Spice Girls.
