Chicago-based photographer Peter Tsai captured some stunning timelapse footage of Chicago’s first-ever Fire Festival on October 4. The festival, racking up an estimated $2 million in production costs, commemorated the city’s notorious Great Chicago Fire of 1871 that burned for several days, and left hundreds of people dead.
