Nancy Sinatra - These Boots Are Made For Walkin'

This is a Scopitone video. Scopitones were music video jukeboxes. The dancers behind Nancy look like the inspiration behind Gene Roddenberry's ideas for the women officer uniforms in the original 1960's "Star Trek" TV series (which might make some sense, since "Star Trek" premiere in the fall of 1966, while Nancy's Scopitone was released in the winter of 1966). Nancy's "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" Scopitone also had a lot of influence on many later 1980's music videos, since none other than Madonna listed this Scopitone as inspiration. The interesting thing about this Scopitone is that it wouldn't be seen on television until 20 years later when MTV first aired it in 1986!
