Threatened by the extremely patriarchal laws and denied with the legal custody of her son Sudhir, Saudamini becomes a pirate declaring war on the state, and especially on its tyrannical minister of justice, Durjaya. She attacks a royal ship and captures Durjaya, inadvertently also taking Princess Nandini as hostage. In captivity, Durjaya declares his love for Nandini but she falls for a shepherd boy who turns out to be Saudamini's son Sudhir. Durjaya's men capture Saudamini. Will Saudamini be rescued by her friends and ever be reunited with her son? Can Sudhir's love for Nandini win over all odds?
