At least seven people are dead and 15 others wounded after a Taliban suicide bomber targeted an Afghan army vehicle in Kabul Wednesday.

The attack happened near Kabul university and destroyed and army bus and shattered shop windows, officials said.

The attack comes a day after Afghan and U.S. officials signed a long-delayed security agreement allowing American troops to stay in the country after the end of the year.

A second suicide attack was carried out in the eastern part of the city. There were no casualties in that incident.
