Adult film actress Sasha Pain shared her views on ongoing protests in Ferguson, Missouri on Sunday, stating that, as a mother, the actions of police have "enraged" her.
Pain stated she believed protests in Ferguson deserve more media attention and discussion, adding that she would do "whatever" she can to assist residents. The 22-year-old was in the city as protests continued following the shooting of two police officers in separate incidents on Saturday.
The August shooting of unarmed African American teenager Michael Brown by white police officer Darren Wilson sparked days of clashes between protesters and police. Three of the Ferguson Police Department's 53 members are black, while according to U.S. Census statistics nearly 70 percent of Ferguson's 21,000-strong population are black.
