Durant l'année 1993, les ventes de The Sign/Happy Nation ont été estimées à 23 millions de copies

En Europe, Ace of Base a gagné la récompense d' Artiste scandinave faisant les meilleurs ventes en 1995, 1996, et le World Music Awards à Monaco en 1997.
