Stir Fried Vegetables With Sesame Soba Noodles By Arina

If your watching your calorie intake but want to still eat something tasty and wholesome, try Arina's way of making stir fried vegetables with sesame soba noodles. A light and healthy meal straight after work made just for you!

Ingredients:
1 portion boiled soba noodles
Spring onion leaves for garnish
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp chilli oil
4 tsp soya sauce
Sesame oil to cook
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cube stock
1 tsp each toasted black and white sesame seeds
1 tbsp each of chopped ginger and garlic
A handful each of assorted chopped vegetables
