Whether you as party food or just a snack, these corn and potato tikkis will make for easy and tasty preparation!

Ingredients:
(For 7-8 tikkis)

• 1 cup crushed american corn
• 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
• For binding: 1/2 boiled potato
• 1/2 cup whole corn
• Few tbsp of malai/fresh cream
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp kastoori methi
• 1 tbsp ginger-green chilli-garlic paste
• For binding: Few tbsp of corn flour
