Vegetable korma/ Kurma is a dish that is available all over india, but it is very interesting to note how the seasonings and flavourings change from region to region. Here learn the Maharashtrian version with Archana tai

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Carrot
1/2 Cup Green Peas
2 Potatoes
2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
3 Onions, Finely Chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Mix Masala
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt To Taste
Oil
Water

Tip:
1. One can also use tomato puree and onion paste for faster cooking.
