Joan Rivers to be laid to rest in private funeral on Sunday

Joan Rivers' grandson Cooper and her daughter Melissa, seen here walking out of Rivers' Manhattan apartment, are preparing to say goodbye to the legendary comedian.
Martin Fletcher, a long time friend says Melissa is coping with the loss as best she can.

A private funeral will be held for Rivers at Temple Emanu-El, a landmark synagogue on New York's Fifth Avenue where the 81-year-old was a member.
A memorial outside her home keeps growing as fans leave flowers and cards in an outpouring of support.

Rivers died on Thursday, a week after she went into cardiac arrest during an outpatient procedure at this clinic.
The New York City Medical Examiner is investigating her death.
