Sachet Filling 02-Single Lane-Twin Head-J Type Feeding

SS framed Twin head multi speed sachet filling machine is specially designed for pharmaceutical industry and suitable for packing of granular and free flowing powder. Its specially designed closed feeding system prevents powder to expose in free air and hence provide better resistance to humid environment. It can operate with various types of packaging material like poly propylene, polythene, aluminium foil etc. and can pack sachet in various sizes with tolerance less then +/-1%. HMI installed on machine enables operator easy inputs of parameters with each head simultaneous operations. The nominal speed of machine is 100 sachet per minutes with twin head.
