Dunya News - Model Town tragedy case registered against all accused including PM, Punjab CM

Despite Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri’s denial, Dunya News confirmed the registration of cases against all accused including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and State Ministers behind the Model Town tragedy.
According to details, the First Information Report (FIR) was registered at Faisal Town police station under the registered complainant Muhammad Jawad who is the Director Admin of Minhajul Quran International.
Dunya News also obtained the copy of the FIR and as per the detail the case was registered after approval of provincial and federal government.
The official case registration number is 696/14.
The accused have been booked under Sections 109, 395, 427, 324, 149, 148, 506, 302 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
The listed sections deal with murder, intent to murder, robbery, mob attack among others.
Dunya News sources say that the indirect talk is going on with Tahirul Qadri along the lines of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif’s resignation. Sources reveal that CM’s resignation can be considered if Qadri ends the protest march.
