This was one hell of an elite musician. As a fellow trombonist I know how amazingly difficult these pieces are.....and to also play them in a humerous fashion. FANTASTIC!!! Froggiebc

Tommy Pederson was an amazing player. Too bad he was heard so rarely. He recorded this "comedy bit" for Spike Jones on an LP called "Dinner Music For People Who Aren't Very Hungry" (Verve MG V-4005) in the late '50s. He called is "A Sneezing Bee." The fidelity is much better on the LP. It took musicians of the highest quality to perform the crazy music of Spike Jones. Tommy proves it in this video.
