    KKK leader's take on Klan history

    In 1883, a group of ex-Confederate soldiers decided to form a fraternal organization.

    They called it the Ku Klux Klan, and this group’s history would become firmly entrenched in the fabric of America, especially in the post-Civil War era. What is known as the Klan is a loose organization of affiliated groups such as the Traditionalist American Knights of the KKK.

    VOR’s Kim Brown talked to Frank Ancona, the Imperial Wizard of Traditionalist American Knights of the KKK about his version of the history of the Klan and the role the organization plays in a diversifying nation.
