Dunya News - No-confidence motion moved against CM Khattak in KP Assembly

The opposition parties of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) had decided to forward a no confidence movement in a conference today.
Parliamentary leaders and members of the national assembly belonging to Qaumi Watan Party (QWP), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), Awami National party (ANP) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI).
Talking to the media after the meeting, opposition leader Maulana Lateefur Rehman said that they had submitted the no confidence movement against the Chief Minister KPK, Pervez Khatak. He said that they won’t, under any circumstances, would let the assembly be dissolved.
Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Awami Jamhoori Ittehad (AJI) have also given assurance that they would be a part of this movement too.
Reportedly, 48 members of the assembly have signed the no confidence resolution.
