The attacks on Gaza have shocked millions in France.
One of them is Hassan, a French citizen, who runs an association and found that Franco-Israeli bi-nationals were serving the Israeli army. Although he refused to show his face due to security reasons, he spoke to Press TV over the phone. The French authorities have pointed out that publishing names and identities of the Franco-Israeli soldiers was not an official goal of the association. There are no official figures about how many French soldiers fight for the Israeli army. French civil society groups are asking the government to look into the effects of an Israeli programme that allows foreign nationals to fight for its army even though they are not Israelis.
