Police Searching For Suspects Who Defaced US Flags

Police in Oceanside, California are searching for three Hispanic juveniles between the ages of 16 and 20. The suspects, two male and one female, allegedly defaced three American flags in a San Diego retirement community on July 18th.
Police in Oceanside, California are searching for three Hispanic juveniles between the ages of 16 and 20. The suspects, two males and one female, allegedly defaced three American flags in a San Diego area retirement community on July 18th.
In addition to defacing the flags, the suspects are believed to have damaged both public and private property in nearby neighborhoods. Mike Furka lives right down the street from where the crimes occurred.
He says he encountered the group while walking his dog. Furka didn’t know them or what they were up to, but he said hello anyways.
Once he got past them, Furka thought he caught a horrible comment spoken by one of the males.
Police have released surveillance footage which shows the vandalizing trio in the hopes that someone will recognize and reveal their identities as soon as possible.
