There's no denying that Britney Spears is looking phenomenally fit these days and now her trainer, Tony Martinez, has given E! News the exclusive scoop on Brit's exercise regime. The answer? Summer beach workouts. Tony said, "I wanted her to have something at the beach. It's so calming and peaceful. You can see the dolphins out there, and I try to make the exercises facing the ocean." Tony and Britney workout together two times a week and each session is about 30 to 40 minutes.
