Nasrallah: Hezbollah can attack Israel upon Hamas's request

    by PressTV

The head of Lebanon’s resistance movement says Israel is trying to use the experience of its 2006 war with Hezbollah in its current onslaught on Gaza. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah noted however that the Israeli military is already bogged down there, and lacks a clear vision on its next step.

Nasrallah says the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has made no request to Hezbollah to join the war on Israel. He emphasized that the two groups are nevertheless in constant touch with each other. Nasrallah says Hezbollah has the ability to launch a mass rocket attack on Tel Aviv. This, he says, is not just a threat, but a game-changer capability. Nasrallah also says the only way for the Palestinian people is to continue their resistance against Israel. He says the Palestinians are rightfully maintaining resistance to achieve the final objective, which is the removal of the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip.
