From WWF's World Tour '91 release this entertaining if a little too short contest was set up as Piper was deemed's Virgil's protector and big buddy. By now Dibiase had recaptured the Million Dollar Belt - somehow - don't exactly remember where...like most Piper matches - it ends undecisively - though the unpredictability of the path that was each Piper match made it fun to watch. Good story Sayscalled - I had many similiar evenings - though it didn't take sickness for me to rent the video - my parents disallowe dme from watching wrestling - lot of good that did - thankfully I became friends with a manager of a Blockbuster & West coast video who would allow an underage kid to rent videos. Then I would only be able to watch when my parents weren't paying attention to me - which was often enough to see just about all.
Thanks for this upload. In middle school, I was brought home sick with flu symptoms. Before we went all the way home, we stopped at the local Blockbuster, and I rented this particular Coliseum Video. I sat in the living room wrapped in a blanket with 7UP and saltines, while watching this match. Thanks for refreshing those memories.
