African leaders agree steps to fight runaway Ebola outbreak

A massive clean up operation begins in Liberia.
It's an epic task to contain one of the world's deadliest diseases.
Ebola has killed more than 700 people in four West African countries.
The World Health Organisation says leaders in the region have agreed to take agressive steps to fight the disease.
(SOUNDBITE)(English) WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO) DIRECTOR-GENERAL, MARGARET CHAN, SAYING:
"We had a great meeting. The presidents of these three countries recognize the serious nature of the Ebola outbreaks in their countries. They are determined to take extraordinary measures to stop Ebola in their countries."
Here in Liberia tough measures are in place.
Ebola is highly contagious and kills up to 90 per cent of people infected. It causes fever, severe bleeding and sometimes organ failure. It has no cure and health workers are taking no chances.
Dozens are in the capital disinfecting offices, while workers stay at home.
