Robert Rodriguez, Frank Miller bring latest "Sin City" to Comic-Con
- 10 years ago
It's been almost ten years since the original 'Sin City' was released with its unique style and all-star cast. Now, director Robert Rodriguez has teamed up again with writer Frank Miller to bring to life a second movie "Sin City: A Dame to Kill for" based on Miller's comic books.
So where better to tease the upcoming release than at San Diego's Comic Con?
SOUNDBITE, director Robert Rodriguez, saying (English):
"I mean, this has just become the mecca of pop culture for comics, movies, everything that people are into so, I love walking the floor and being jazzed by all the artists, by everything everybody is doing, it's just a cool central."
SOUNDBITE, writer Frank Miller, saying (English):
"And also I think that it's about damn time that the other industries caught on to what we've been doing in comics for a long time."
The cast has seen several changes since the first movie, with Clive Owen's character, Dwight, now being played by Josh Brolin.
