Weird Al's career first

After 14 albums Weird Al Yankovic earns his first number one album on the U.S. Billboard chart with "Mandatory Fun."

The singing comedian first gained notoriety with his spoof of Michael Jackson's "Beat It" in 1983.

Thirty-one years later Weird Al is surviving by tapping into social media.
