200,000 Rwandan unrecognised refugees living in Eastern Congo

Disarmament in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo unveils the problem of the Rwandan refugees. According to a census conducted by the National Commission for Refugees, there are about 200,000 refugees in Walikale, Butembo, Masisi and Rutshuru.
