Those who recently ventured to 'The Bridal Extravaganza Show' in Houston may have done a double take at one particular exhibit. A stunning wedding dress was on display only it wasn’t actually a wearable bridal gown. Instead it was a cake.

The beautiful treat weighed 200 pounds and took roughly 130 hours to make. 50 pounds of fondant was required to create the elaborate ruffles on the dress.

Future brides and even a few men who went to the show got to stand behind the life-size cake dress and pose for the camera. Who Made the Cake bakery is responsible for the gorgeous cake.

Owner Nadine Moon commented “We tried to make this one really durable so she'd stand up for two days, and we did a style most brides would be comfortable standing behind.”

The bakery is now offering a free wedding cake valued at $750 as a promotion. Any woman who posed with the yummy dress is eligible.

The free cake goes to whoever’s photo with the dress is shared the most on social media.
