As a train in eastern Ukraine heads off, carrying bodies and belongings of the victims of the Malaysia passenger plane, tensions escalate in the United Nations Security Council.
Even after a unanimous vote to condemn the downing of the plane, the Russian ambassador to the UN warns fellow members not to jump to conclusions.

The U.S. and its allies have blamed pro-Russian rebels for downing the plane that killed all 298 passengers on board.
