    No churn chocolate ice cream Recipe

    2 cups (500 mL) whipping / heavy / 35% cream
    1 can (300 mL) condensed milk
    1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp (45 mL) chocolate liqueur
    3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped chocolate chips


    Chop the chocolate chips.

    Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla, and liqueur. In another bowl whip the cream to stiff peaks.

    Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer to a freezer safe dish and freeze at least 4-6 hours.
