The Supreme Court has reinstated Najam Sethi as Pakistan Cricket Board’s chairman.
A two-member bench of apex court heard the case pertaining to the appointment of PCB chairman on Friday.
Suspending the new notification, the judge asked as to how the PM can issue an order in contrast to court ruling?
A notification was issued on July 10 that appointed Justice (r) Jamshed Ali Shah as acting PCB chairman while formed an interim setup to hold elections within 30 days.
The hearing was adjourned till July 21.
