While few of us would expect to find a lost phone, an Oklahoma farmer has been reunited with his iPhone after nine long months.

Back in October, Kevin Whitney dropped his phone into a bin that was full of 280,000 pounds of grain.
Whitney explained “I had it in my pocket and I bent over to work on a hopper bottom door and it fell out of my pocket into my grain pit and went up the elevator… I thought I’ll never see that phone again.”
It was eventually sent to Kashima, Japan by ship. The device was mixed in with 2 million bushels of grain.
This past week, a man found the phone and called up Whitney asking if he’d lost it. Of course, he was shocked, as Whitney believed his phone was gone for good.
A staffer at a grain mill in Japan shipped the phone to him.
"Fortunately for him, it still had all his priceless photos from his daughter's wedding." [Via NBC]
