Salvage Operation of Plane Components Damaged in Train Derailment Underway

A train carrying Boeing airplane components derailed in Montana on July 3. The Montana Rail Link train en route to Renton, Washington, from Kansas City, derailed 18 miles west of Superior, according to local reports. Boeing said the parts were for the 737, 747, and 777 aircrafts. There were no reports of any injuries.According to reports quoting a Montana Rail Link spokesperson, a crew of 50 with eight heavy-equipment machines were working together to hoist up the three Boeing 737 fuselages, the large, central portions of planes that hold passengers.
