A Playthrough of the FreeSpace 2 Modification Ancient-Shivan War Act II created by the Ancient-Shivan War Team in 2012 on Insane Difficulty by Novachen.

There are multiple Sathanas juggernaughts inbound to Sopul, because these ships do not need supplies for long time, we can not make a difference in Vocruar anymore and we have to get back to Sopul to help our people and to stop the shivan advance with the deactivation of the portal in Gamma Draconis. But the journey to home will be a very tough ride!
Hints:
Do not give any orders to your wingmates. Their build-in orders are more effective than any player orders and suits best for this mission.
Keep your wingmates alive, so prioritize fighters over bombers.
Ignore every shivan bigger than a bomber, your capital ships will handle them. The Indrajit is intended to escape, so do not worry about it.
Like always: Shoot down bombs only from distance.
It is possible to keep Gimel wing alive, although it is hard and also a matter of luck.
It is very hard to keep Akrotiri's hull above 50% on Insane, because the Sabnock is firing its main guns faster than on lesser difficult settings.
