ISIS commander Ibrahim Awwad al-Badri vows to wage war against India

After Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) commander Ibrahim Awwad al-Badri in his Ramdan speech vowed to wage war against several countries, including India, fears have risen about the safety of hundreds of Indians who remain trapped in various cities controlled by the Islamist group, which is currently engaged in a fierce battle with the state forces of Iraq and Syria.
